DEVOLUTION AND REEMBOLLE POLICY

RF Import seeks to ensure customer satisfaction and transparency in all your online sales operations.

This Return and Refund Policy establishes the conditions for returning products purchased through our sales channels, as well as the procedures for analysis and possible reimbursement.

1. DEVOLUTION SOLICITATION DATE

The customer may request the return of the product in up to 30 (thirty) run days after receipt of the goods.

The request should be formalized by e-mail:

The contact should be informed:

• full name of the buyer;
• the number of the application or invoice;
• the reason for the return;
• Contact details.

2. RIGHT OF RESTRICTION

Under Article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8.078/1990), a customer who makes purchases outside the commercial establishment, including on the internet, telephone or other electronic means, may exercise the right of repentance within the period of 7 (seven) ran days, counted from the date of receipt of the product.

In this hypothesis, the customer may request the return of the product without the need to provide justification.

Once exercised the right of repentance within the legal deadline and met the guidelines provided by the FR Import for return of the product, all amounts paid shall be refunded in full, including the shipping costs originally paid by the customer, as provided for in applicable legislation.

After the period of 7 (seven) days laid down in law, the commercial policy of RF Import will remain valid, which allows requests for return in up to 30 (thirty) days after receipt of the product, observing the conditions established in this document.

3. CONDITIONS FOR DEVOLUTION

In order for the return to be approved, the product must be returned:

• in perfect condition;
• No physical damage caused by improper use, falls, impacts, contact with liquids or unauthorized interventions;
• with all the original accessories provided at the time of purchase;
• in the original packaging (box and packaging materials);
• accompanied by the documentation sent to the product.

The RF Import reserves the right to carry out a technical inspection after receipt to verify compliance with the conditions above.

4. DEVOLUTION PROCEDURE

After analysis and approval of the return request, the customer will receive the necessary guidance for sending the product.

We recommend that the shipment be carried out using tracking service, allowing the monitoring of the delivery.

5. PRODUCT ANALYSIS

After receiving the product at our receiving center, a technical evaluation will be performed to verify:

• general condition of equipment;
• Physical integrity;
• Presence of all original accessories and components;
• Compliance with the requirements of this Policy.

The approval of the return is conditional on the positive conclusion of this analysis.

6. REMEMBER

If the product complies with the criteria set out in this Policy, the refund will be processed by up to 30 (thirty) run days after approval of the technical analysis.

Reimbursement shall be made preferably by the same means of payment used in the purchase, in accordance with the rules and deadlines applied by the financial institution, card operator or payment intermediary.

The deadlines for effective availability of the amounts may vary according to the policies of the institution responsible for processing the payment.

7. PRODUCTS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REEMBOLLE

Returns of products which:

• present signs of inappropriate use;
• They have damage caused by the user;
• are incomplete or without original accessories;
• have been modified, dismantled or repaired by unauthorised third parties;
• be returned within the time limit laid down in this Policy;
• Do not meet the return conditions described in this document.

8. RESEARCH LAW

RF Import reserves the right to refuse return requests that do not meet the requirements set out in this Policy.

In such cases, the product may be returned to the sender without refund.

9. EXCHANGE BY DEFECT OR MANUFACTURING VICE

If the product has a manufacturing defect or vice that compromises its normal functioning, the customer must contact RF Import through the email informed in this Policy.

The situation will be examined individually, in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Code and the possible guarantee conditions for the product.

10. AMENDMENTS OF THIS POLICY

RF Import may update this Return and Refund Policy at any time to suit legal, regulatory or operational changes.

The current version will always be available on its official communication channels.
