Does Butterfly work on iPhone and Android?
Yeah.
Butterfly iQ+ and Butterfly iQ3 are compatible with iOS and Android devices supported by the official Butterfly app.
The equipment is connected directly to the smartphone or tablet by cable, providing power supply and real-time image transmission.
It is recommended to check the list of compatible devices before purchase, as compatibility may vary according to the device model and the version of the operating system.
Does the equipment follow the cables?
Yeah.
All equipment follows the official cables compatible with the main iOS and Android devices supported by the manufacturer, allowing immediate use after initial setup.
Do I have to pay compulsory tuition?
Nope.
The acquisition of Butterfly includes a period of access to the contracted plan.
After this period, the client can opt for the annual renewal of the subscription or acquire the Advanced modality without recurrence, which grants permanent access to the resources provided in this plan, according to the current commercial conditions of the Butterfly Network.
Does the software still work without a signature?
Yeah.
The operation of the equipment will depend on the modality acquired.
Customers who choose the Advanced license without recurrence remain with permanent access to the resources included in this modality, without the need for annual renewal.
The available features follow Butterfly Network's current policy for the acquired plan.
How long do you have?
Butterfly iQ3 has 3 years of contractual warranty against manufacturing defects.
Butterfly iQ+ has 1 year of contractual warranty.
The warranty is valid for equipment purchased by authorised official channels.
Is there technical assistance in Brazil?
Yeah.
LA Medtech provides service in Portuguese, call opening, national technical support and complete management of warranty processes with Butterfly Network.
When there is a defect covered by the warranty, the service is performed according to the official policy of the manufacturer.
How does the warranty work?
If a possible defect is identified, our team performs an initial technical analysis.
If confirmed defect covered by the warranty, the official RMA process (Return Merchandise Authorization) will be initiated to replace the unit according to Butterfly Network policies.
Does the equipment need calibration?
Nope.
Butterfly equipment does not have a periodic user calibration routine.
There is also no conventional preventive maintenance as in traditional ultrasound equipment.
How long does the delivery take?
The equipment is sent directly by LA Medtech, from the stock available in Brazil.
After confirmation of payment, the order is processed and dispatched according to the availability of the product and the mode of transport chosen.
The estimated deadline is reported at the time of purchase.

Butterfly's wireless?
Nope.
Butterfly uses physical cable connection with compatible smartphones and tablets. This architecture provides stable, low latency data communication and does not depend on Wi-Fi or Bluetooth connections. In addition, the cable is replaceable in case of damage or need for connector exchange (USB-C or Lightning), preserving investment in the equipment.
Can I use it on more than one phone or tablet?
